Tenant Management

Tenants are a an important organizational concept in ESH, but there is not much to configure, just the name and the cloud regions the Tenant can access.

Ther real magic of Tenants is in User Administration where RBAC allows fine grained access controls to grant access to specific resources within the Tenant.

Create a New Tenant

To create a new Tenant, click the Create Tenant button, give the Tenant a name and select the cloud regions the Tenant is authorized to deploy to. If you wish to limit the amount a user can spend on a Deployment without Tenant admin approval being granted, enter the amount, otherwise leave as 0 and no limit will be set.

Edit an Existing Tenant

To edit an existing Tenant, just select it from Tenants table and click the Edit button.

Bulk Tenant Creation

For larger organizations, to speed up Tenant creation, it is possible to use the ESH API to script the creation of Tenants. See the API Guide for more information.
